What's the word on Q3/Q4 hiring plans at Rockwell?

Curious to hear what people are hearing about future hiring. My manager has been pretty tight-lipped, but I've noticed the job postings for some roles have been up and then pulled down, or the timelines seem to stretch out indefinitely. Historically, Rockwell has been pretty steady, but with the current economic climate, I'm wondering if we're bracing for a slowdown. Is anyone in HR or management seeing changes in headcount projections or recruitment efforts for the rest of the year? Or is it just my imagination? Trying to get a sense of the broader picture beyond my immediate team. Any intel would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've been seeing similar things. Some engineering roles that were open for ages just disappeared, and others seem to be ghosting. Makes you wonder if they're scaling back or just reorganizing internally. My team's workload is definitely picking up, so if they *are* cutting back, it's not filtering down to the day-to-day grind. Hopefully, it's just a temporary dip and things will pick up in Q4, but it's definitely a bit unsettling to see the hiring freeze vibes.
