Anyone else in Roku feeling the pressure? Signs of trouble?

Been at Roku for a few years now, and the last few months have been… odd. Not the usual buzz. Hiring has definitely slowed to a crawl, and there's this weird undercurrent of 'efficiency improvements' being talked about in broader terms. We had those rounds of layoffs last year, and while things seemed to stabilize, the broader economic climate and the competitive pressures in the streaming space are no joke. I'm starting to wonder if management is holding its cards very close to its chest. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Seeing any department cuts, project cancellations, or performance reviews that seem unusually intense? Just want to see if the feeling of unease is widespread or if I'm just overthinking things. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the company seems to be pivoting without much transparency.
