Okay, so I don't want to spread rumors, but I overheard some people in marketing talking about a possible org restructure. Apparently, it could involve some team consolidations and... well, you know what that usually means. Anyone have more concrete information or can confirm/deny this? I'm in product and honestly, this is giving me serious anxiety. I've only been here for a year and a half, and I really like my team.

Take it with a HUGE grain of salt. Marketing always has rumors flying around. I've been through three supposed restructures here, and only one actually happened, and it was way less dramatic than the gossip made it out to be. Unless you hear something from your direct manager, I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Focus on your work and try to stay positive. Panicking helps no one.
