Is Roku freezing hiring or worse? Feels like a slowdown.

Okay, so I haven't seen any official layoff news on here or anywhere public for Roku, but my team's hiring has completely stalled. We had a few roles open that were supposed to be filled by now, and suddenly everything is 'under review' or 'on hold indefinitely'. Recruiters are ghosting candidates, and new project approvals seem to be taking forever. This feels like a precursor to something bigger, maybe not immediate layoffs, but definitely a cost-cutting measure that could lead to them. Is anyone else seeing this across different departments? Feels like the company is tightening its belt pretty hard right now.

I'm feeling it too. My department's budget got slashed unexpectedly last quarter, and we've been told to 'do more with less' ever since. It’s really impacting morale. I haven't heard about layoffs directly, but the constant pressure to cut costs and the hiring freeze definitely paint a concerning picture. Makes you wonder what's really going on behind closed doors.
