Anyone else feeling the pressure at RPM?

Hey everyone, been at RPM for a few years now and lately things have felt... a bit off. Sales have been okay, but I'm hearing whispers and seeing some departmental restructuring. Nothing concrete, but the general vibe is just making me nervous about job security. Has anyone else picked up on anything similar, or am I just overthinking things? Wondering if it's worth starting to update the resume just in case. Curious to hear if others in different divisions are feeling the same unease. Let's share what we're seeing, anonymously of course.

I hear you. I'm in a different division, but the same sort of undercurrent is definitely noticeable here. There's been talk about efficiency drives and streamlining operations, which often translates to uncertainty for those on the ground. It's tough when you feel that way, and I've definitely been updating my LinkedIn profile more regularly lately. It's better to be prepared than caught off guard, in my opinion. Hope things stabilize soon for all of us.
