Feeling the Heat at RPM - What's Going On?

Is it just me, or has the atmosphere at RPM been a bit tense lately? I'm not hearing any official news, but there's a definite buzz of uncertainty going around. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more heavily, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less.' Been here a few years and haven't felt this kind of pressure before. Management seems a bit tight-lipped too, which isn't helping ease any nerves. Has anyone else noticed this shift? Are there whispers about potential restructuring or changes in different divisions? Just looking to see if I'm alone in this feeling or if others are picking up on the same signals. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the underlying tension is palpable.

I've definitely picked up on some of that too. It feels like there's a renewed focus on efficiency and maybe a bit more caution in how we're allocating resources. While it can feel a little intense, I'm trying to see it as a positive push towards streamlining operations and ensuring we're as competitive as possible. Hopefully, any uncertainty will dissipate as things become clearer.

Yeah, I'm with you on this. The increased scrutiny on projects and the general pressure to optimize resources are palpable. Management's quietness is definitely adding to the unease.
