RPM International - Anyone Else Feeling the Uncertainty?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter and trying to get a read on the vibe at RPM. No official announcements or anything concrete, but there's definitely an underlying hum of uncertainty. Some departments seem to be slowing down, and while I haven't heard of any layoffs directly, the general atmosphere feels a bit… tense. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just me or are there others feeling like things are a bit unstable right now? Maybe it's just the usual end-of-year jitters, but it feels more significant this time around. Curious to hear if anyone has any intel or just wants to commiserate. Trying to stay optimistic but it's hard not to worry a little when you feel the shift. Let me know your thoughts.

Definitely not just you. I've noticed a slowdown in project approvals and a general caution in decision-making across the board. While I haven't heard direct rumors of layoffs, the increased scrutiny on expenses and the cautious tone from leadership are certainly creating a bit of tension. Hoping it's just a strategic pause before a stronger push, but I understand the concern.
