Hey everyone, Just checking in to see if anyone at RPM International (across any divisions - RPM, Rust-Oleum, DAP, etc.) has heard anything concrete or even speculative about potential layoffs? My team has been a bit tense lately, and there's a general sense of unease. Nothing official has been announced, and my direct manager is giving nothing away. It's the classic 'quiet before the storm' feeling, you know? I've been with the company for a few years and haven't seen anything like this before, but the economic climate feels ripe for it. I've felt that same tension. My department has been unusually quiet regarding upcoming projects, and there's been a lot of internal shuffling of responsibilities. It's hard to ignore the feeling that something's brewing, especially with the current economic climate. Management seems more guarded than usual, which isn't exactly reassuring. Hopefully, it's just a natural cycle of adjustments, but the uncertainty is definitely unnerving for everyone.
