Anyone else at RPM feeling the uncertainty creep in? I've seen a few key people in my division quietly exit over the past couple of months, not necessarily in high-profile roles but enough to notice. Coupled with the general market conditions and some recent analyst reports that weren't exactly glowing, I'm starting to get a bit concerned. There hasn't been any official announcement or anything concrete, but the hushed conversations and the general sense of 'waiting for the other shoe to drop' is palpable. Has anyone heard any specific rumors or seen anything that might indicate upcoming changes? Maybe some departments are being consolidated or facing budget cuts?
