Just trying to make sense of RPM's latest financial reports. Revenue seems stable, but profit margins look a little squeezed. I'm trying to understand the broader economic factors that might be impacting us, and whether management's strategies are enough to navigate potential headwinds. Anyone got insights from the industry or within RPM that can shed more light on where things are heading? Trying to get a clearer picture beyond the official press releases. Is this just a normal cycle, or is there something more concerning brewing under the surface?

The profit margin squeeze is definitely something to watch. My read is that input costs for raw materials and logistics are still elevated, even if they've moderated from their peaks. Management has talked about pricing power and efficiency initiatives, but it takes time for those to fully offset inflation. I'm cautiously optimistic that they can manage it, but it's not a slam dunk. Need to see sustained margin improvement in the next couple of quarters to feel fully confident in the long-term outlook beyond a simple cyclical recovery.
