Worried about job security at RPM - anyone else?

Been with RPM for a few years now, and lately, the atmosphere has felt... tense. Management has been unusually quiet, and there's a general sense of uncertainty hanging in the air. I've heard a few hushed conversations about 'cost-saving measures' and 'strategic realignments'. No concrete news, but the lack of transparency is starting to get to me. My team is already pretty lean, and any further reductions would be tough. Just looking to see if anyone else is feeling this way or has heard anything more substantial, even if it's just rumors. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's isolated to certain areas. Any information, even speculation, would be helpful to ease my mind or prepare for what might be coming. Feels like we're all just waiting for something to happen.
