Just saw the news about another round of layoffs at Salesforce, this time hitting the San Francisco office. NYPost is reporting it. Seems like the bleeding hasn't stopped, and they're still making cuts. Anyone know the scope of this one? Heard it was around 400 employees. This is getting ridiculous. Feels like every few months there's a new announcement. What's the strategy here? Are they serious about AI replacing people, or is this just a cost-cutting measure disguised as modernization? Getting tough to stay motivated when you see this happening constantly.

This is concerning. I keep seeing these reports, and it makes you wonder about the long-term stability and direction of the company. It's hard to imagine how these frequent reductions impact morale and productivity for those remaining. Hopefully, there's a clear plan behind these decisions that will eventually lead to growth and security, but right now it just looks like constant upheaval.
