Another Round of Cuts - My Team Was Hit Hard.

Just heard the news about the latest Salesforce layoffs (June 9th, apparently?) and my heart sank. My team got decimated. It feels like we were blindsided. We've been working crazy hours on critical projects, and then suddenly, a bunch of us are out. It's incredibly demoralizing. No warning, just a quick meeting and then the HR talk. I keep seeing articles about offshoring and RTO mandates, and it all feels connected. Are they clearing house to bring in cheaper talent elsewhere or streamline operations? I'm just trying to process this and figure out what the actual long-term plan is for the remaining employees. The uncertainty is the worst part. Anyone else's department take a major hit this time around? Trying to find some solidarity here.
