Are they optimizing for short-term gains at the expense of institutional knowledge and employee morale? It's easy for execs to talk about 'efficiency' or 'streamlining' from their ivory towers, but it has real consequences for the people who built this company. I've seen talented people let go, and it makes you question your own job security, even if you're performing well. Is this just the new reality in big tech, or is Salesforce making specific choices that are particularly harsh right now?
