It's a tough situation, and seeing talented people leave always stings. It's hard not to worry about what it means for the company's trajectory and the remaining team's workload. Hopefully, the leadership has a clear plan that balances these difficult decisions with supporting the people who are still contributing.
Completely understand the frustration. The constant news about workforce adjustments can really shake confidence, regardless of the stated reasons. When good people are impacted, it's natural to question the direction and the value placed on experience and dedication. It’s a sentiment echoed by many, I’m sure.
