The layoffs from June 9th have really shifted the mood around here. Even if your team wasn't directly impacted, you can feel the tension and the quiet dread. People are more guarded, and there's a lot of 'water cooler' talk about who's next and what projects are safe. It's hard to stay motivated when you're constantly wondering if you'll be on the chopping block next. Plus, with the RTO mandate looming, it feels like a lot of mixed signals. Are we supposed to be committed to the company's future when they seem so ready to cut staff? Just feels like a strange time to be at Salesforce.
