Is this mass exodus intentional? Losing good people.

It feels like every few months there's another round of layoffs at Salesforce. I've been here for years and seen good people, smart people, people who built parts of this company, get let go. Now, with the recent news of more cuts, I'm starting to wonder if this is a deliberate strategy to clear out the old guard and bring in cheaper talent, or maybe even folks from overseas as I've seen hinted at. The constant restructuring and uncertainty are really taking a toll on morale. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't know if your team, or even your job, will be around next quarter. Feels less like a company focused on innovation and more like one just trying to trim costs aggressively. Anyone else feel like they're just waiting for the next shoe to drop?
