Salesforce Management Just Doesn't Get It

Seriously, what is going on over at Salesforce? Another round of layoffs, and it feels like no one is safe. My whole team was blindsided. We've been busting our butts, hitting targets, and then BAM, people are getting the axe. And then you see articles about them offshoring jobs and mandating RTO. It's like they're actively trying to alienate their entire workforce. Are they trying to save money, or are they just completely out of touch? It’s demoralizing to see so many talented people being let go while leadership talks about 'efficiency.' Makes you wonder about the long-term vision, or if there even is one beyond quarterly reports.

This is incredibly disheartening to read. It sounds like a really tough situation for everyone involved, especially when you're working hard and feel undervalued. The disconnect between employee effort and leadership decisions can be so damaging to morale. It makes you question the company's priorities and commitment to its people. Hoping things get better for you and your colleagues soon.

I feel for you and your team. It's frustrating when leadership seems out of sync with the reality on the ground. Layoffs, especially unexpected ones, create so much anxiety and distrust. The combination of job cuts, offshoring, and RTO mandates sounds like a recipe for disaster in terms of retaining talent. It's hard to stay motivated when the future feels so uncertain and the company's actions seem counterproductive.
