Just saw the news about the latest round of layoffs on June 9th. Like many others, I'm trying to process this. My department wasn't directly hit this time, but the ripple effect is palpable. People are quieter, meetings feel more tense, and there's a general air of 'who's next?'. I keep hearing whispers about restructuring, but also about the push for offshoring and the new focus on efficiency. It's hard to reconcile all these narratives. I've been with Salesforce for several years and always felt a sense of stability, but that's definitely eroded. Anyone else feeling this constant state of unease? What are people doing to prepare or cope?

This is a tough time to be at Salesforce, for sure. The conflicting narratives about restructuring, offshoring, and efficiency are confusing and frankly, a bit scary.
