One day you're working on a project, the next you're escorted out. It's a harsh reminder of how volatile the enterprise software market can be, even for a company like SAP. The official statements talk about efficiency and future growth, but it feels like a significant setback for the talent pool and the morale of the remaining workforce. There's definitely an underlying anxiety about what this means for our teams and the company's direction moving forward.
