Feeling the weight of these SAP layoffs again...

Just saw the news about the latest round of layoffs at SAP - 3000 people this time, apparently. It's hard not to feel a knot in your stomach when you see these numbers. I've been with the company for a while now, and while my role hasn't been directly impacted yet, the general atmosphere is definitely tense. People are quieter in meetings, there's more caution in every decision. You hear whispers about restructuring, efficiency drives, the usual corporate speak. But at the end of the day, it means jobs are gone. I keep wondering if this is the new normal for SAP, or if there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Trying to stay focused on my work, but the uncertainty is a constant hum in the background.

Another round? That's a significant number. The impact goes beyond those directly laid off, affecting morale and workflow for everyone else. It's understandable why the atmosphere is tense.
