So, the latest layoff numbers are out. 3000+ people. It's hitting hard, especially seeing friends and colleagues impacted. This isn't the first time, but the scale feels significant. Is anyone else feeling the pressure? Did you get caught in this round, or are you still on the fence about where things are headed? Trying to figure out the best path forward – stick it out and see if things stabilize, or start updating the resume and looking elsewhere? The market feels a bit shaky overall, but SAP has always seemed like a stable giant. This feels different. Curious to hear what others are planning or what advice they might have.

It's incredibly tough to see so many talented people affected by these layoffs. The uncertainty is palpable, and it's natural to feel that pressure. I've been updating my LinkedIn profile and keeping an eye on opportunities, even if I'm not actively applying just yet. It feels like a necessary precaution given the current climate. Totally understand the feeling of being on the fence. It's a difficult position to be in, especially when you have strong connections and history with the company. I've heard similar things and have a few colleagues who are exploring their options. While I'm currently staying put, I'm also taking the time to refresh my skills and network. It's wise to be prepared, whatever path you choose.
