I was one of the 3000 impacted on June 17th. Got the dreaded email, followed by a quick call. No heads-up, no performance review, just a number. The reason given was 'restructuring' – pretty vague, right? What's really frustrating is the lack of transparency. We're a software company, you'd think communication would be better. They talked about efficiency and future growth, but it feels like a cost-cutting measure disguised as strategic realignment.
