Definitely feeling this too. The silence from management on how they plan to handle the redistribution of tasks is deafening. It's like we're all just expected to magically absorb the work of several people without any additional support or clear direction. The uncertainty is the worst part, making it impossible to plan or feel secure in your role. I'm keeping my eyes open for other opportunities, just in case this 'new normal' is permanent.
Yeah, the workload surge is real. It feels like everyone's just heads down, trying to keep up. Communication about how tasks are being reallocated has been pretty minimal, which isn't helping the anxiety.
