SAP Cuts 3000 - What's Next for Remaining Employees?

Just saw the news about the 3000 layoffs at SAP, dated June 17th. That's a significant chunk. I'm still here, and honestly, the mood is pretty grim. Feels like we're constantly bracing for the next shoe to drop. Everyone's whispering, trying to figure out who's next and what departments are safe. The official line is always about 'efficiency' and 'strategic realignment,' but it's hard not to feel like a number when this happens. Has anyone else been through this before at SAP or another big tech company? How do you cope when your company undergoes these massive shifts, and you're left wondering about your own job security? Looking for some perspective from people who've been in this position.
