Workload After June 17th SAP Layoffs: Anyone Else Drowning?

So, it's been a little while since the June 17th layoffs, and I'm trying to gauge the general sentiment. My team lost a few key people, and the workload has ramped up significantly. It feels like we're all trying to pick up the slack, and the pressure is definitely on. Some days it feels like we're just treading water, trying to keep up with the backlog. Management keeps talking about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining,' but it just feels like doing more with less. Is this a widespread issue across SAP, or is it just my department? Are project timelines still realistic given the reduced headcount? Honestly, I'm starting to feel the burnout creep in, and it's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're constantly under water. Would love to hear from others on how they're coping and if they're seeing similar trends.
