Sempra - Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Hey everyone, been at Sempra for a few years now and things have been feeling… different lately. The workload seems to be creeping up across a lot of departments, but I haven't seen any corresponding hiring. If anything, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. Project timelines are still aggressive, and there's a general sense of urgency that wasn't there before. I've heard some chatter about 'streamlining operations' and 'efficiency initiatives,' which usually makes me nervous. Just wondering if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just in a particularly intense part of the business. Trying to stay positive, but it’s hard not to notice the subtle shifts. Anyone else experiencing this? Curious to hear what others are seeing and if there are any real explanations going around, or just more corporate jargon.
