Hey everyone, has anyone else picked up on a general slowdown in hiring across Sempra lately? I've been seeing requisitions for roles either get stalled or outright cancelled. My team was trying to backfill a critical position and it's been radio silence for weeks now, with no clear explanation. It feels like the taps have been turned off, at least for non-essential roles. Not seeing any official announcements, but the anecdotal evidence from my network and the lack of movement on my own team's openings is pretty telling. Is this happening elsewhere in the company, or is it just specific departments? Curious if anyone has heard anything more concrete about hiring freezes or significant budget adjustments impacting recruitment.

Yeah, I'm definitely getting that impression too. My department has had a couple of positions open for months with no movement, and hiring managers are being really cagey about timelines. It's frustrating, especially when workloads are already high. Hoping it's just a temporary budget recalibration and not something more serious.
