But honestly, the atmosphere here at Sempra has felt a bit tense these past couple of months. There's a noticeable quietness around new hires, and some of the 'nice-to-have' projects seem to have been quietly shelved. I've seen a few LinkedIn profiles updated with 'open to new opportunities' lately, which is usually a canary in the coal mine. While I love my team and the work, the uncertainty is starting to get to me. Just wondering if anyone else is quietly updating their resume, polishing up their STAR stories, or reaching out to their network. Better safe than sorry, right?
