Sempra - Anyone else seeing hiring freeze rumors?

Hey everyone, been hearing some whispers around the water cooler (or Slack, more accurately) about a potential hiring freeze kicking in soon. Not just for new roles, but even for backfills in some departments. My manager's been pretty cagey when I've asked about open positions we were expecting to fill. It's making me a little nervous, honestly. I know the market's been shaky, but Sempra always seemed pretty stable. Has anyone else picked up on this, or heard anything more concrete?
