Okay, so I'm not sure if this is just me or a broader thing, but my team lead has gone completely silent on any plans for backfilling open roles or bringing on new junior staff. We've been short-handed for months, and it was always a 'we're working on it'. Now? Crickets. It feels like the conversation has shifted from 'when' to 'if'.
