Sempra - Anyone else's team losing key people recently?

Lately, it feels like more and more people are leaving my department, not just the usual trickle. We've lost a couple of really senior folks in the last quarter, and the replacements they're bringing in are much more junior or seem to be contractors. My manager is always saying we're 'optimizing' but it feels more like we're bleeding talent. Projects are definitely feeling the strain, timelines are getting pushed, and the remaining team members are picking up the slack, which is getting exhausting. Just wondering if this is a broader trend across Sempra or if it's just my division. Anyone else seeing similar departures or feeling the pressure?
