Lately, it feels like my team's workload has gone through the roof. Projects that were on the back burner are suddenly urgent, and new tasks keep piling on. Meanwhile, I'm hearing crickets about potential new hires or resource allocation. It's making me wonder if this is a deliberate move to see who can handle more with less, or if it's a sign of impending cuts where they're trying to absorb work before letting people go. The communication from management hasn't been particularly clear on the 'why' behind this sudden push. Just feeling a bit overwhelmed and questioning if this is the new normal or a temporary crunch before something else happens. Anyone else experiencing something similar? Curious if this is company-wide or specific to certain areas.

I've noticed the same thing. It feels like a sudden surge, and with no clear communication about why or how we're supposed to manage it, it's definitely stressful. I'm trying to prioritize the most critical tasks, but it's a constant juggling act. Hopefully, management will offer some clarity soon.

Totally feel you on this. It's like the dam broke and everything is coming at us at once. The lack of information about resources or the strategy behind this is the most frustrating part. Just trying to stay afloat and keep my head down, but it’s a tough grind right now.
