Sempra - Increased workload, fewer resources?

Hey all, been at Sempra for a few years now and things are definitely feeling... different. My team's project load seems to have ramped up significantly this quarter, but we haven't seen any corresponding increase in headcount or even temporary contractors. In fact, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. Training budgets seem frozen, and even small operational expenses are getting scrutinized way more than usual. Is anyone else seeing this trend? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's specific to my department. Feels like a lot of pressure without the support to back it up.
