I'm feeling the same way. The 'strategic realignments' talk is vague enough to mean anything, and the lack of clear targets is definitely unsettling. It makes it hard to prioritize and feel like you're contributing effectively when the ultimate goals are so nebulous. Hoping for some clarity soon, but the silence is definitely creating a bit of anxiety across departments.
Yeah, the corporate speak is getting pretty old. 'Futureproofing' sounds nice, but without knowing what we're actually supposed to be *doing* to achieve it, it's just noise. It's frustrating when leadership uses these buzzwords instead of providing tangible objectives. I've also noticed my own team lead being evasive. Hoping this isn't a sign of bigger issues brewing.
