Sempra - Morale check: Is anyone else feeling the pressure?

Just checking in to see if anyone else at Sempra is feeling it. The past few weeks have felt... different. Not necessarily bad, but definitely a shift in energy. There's a bit more of a 'hunker down' vibe, and I've noticed a few more people being unusually quiet in team meetings or just generally seem a little more on edge. Is it just me, or has anyone else picked up on this? Maybe it's just end-of-year jitters or something related to the broader economic climate, but it's hard to shake the feeling that something's in the air. Anyone got any insights or just want to commiserate? Trying not to let it get to me, but it's hard not to notice the subtle changes.

I've definitely felt a similar shift. It's subtle, but noticeable. People seem more reserved, and there's a sense of caution that wasn't as present before. I'm trying to stay positive and focused on my own work, but it's hard not to absorb some of that underlying tension. Wondering if there are any specific projects or company-wide communications that might be contributing to this feeling.

Yeah, I've picked up on it too. It's like everyone's walking on eggshells a bit more. I've tried to initiate some lighthearted conversations, but it doesn't seem to land quite the same way. Maybe it's just a collective adjustment to something we can't quite pinpoint yet. Hopefully, it's a temporary phase and the usual energy returns soon.
