Hey all, has anyone else noticed a pretty significant slowdown in new headcount approvals or hiring for open roles at Sempra recently? I've been trying to get a few positions filled on my team for a couple of months now, and it feels like everything is getting stuck in some sort of internal purgatory. HR keeps saying 'budget review' or 'strategic realignment,' but it feels more than just a standard process. It's also not just my department; I've heard similar chatter from colleagues in other business units. Seeing fewer external recruiters reaching out too. Wondering if this is a broader company trend or if I'm just in a particularly slow-moving part of the organization. Anyone else seeing this?
