I've noticed the same thing. Project timelines seem to be stretching out unexpectedly, and there's a definite sense of flux with team structures. It's tough when you can't rely on the established plans. I'm not sure if it's widespread, but it's certainly impacting my department's ability to move forward efficiently. The lack of clear communication about the reasons behind these shifts is also a bit concerning.
Yeah, the project delays are real. It feels like a constant juggling act trying to keep things on track. And the team restructuring, even without official announcements, is definitely creating a lot of uncertainty. People are being moved around, and roles are changing, which makes it harder to know who's responsible for what. It's creating a bit of a bottleneck and a general feeling of instability across the board.
