Sempra - Shift in leadership focus? Seeing resource reallocation?

Hey everyone, been at Sempra for a few years now and something feels different lately. Not hearing any direct layoff talk, but I'm noticing a definite shift in where resources and attention are being directed. Projects that seemed like priorities a year ago are now being quietly shelved or deprioritized, while a lot of energy seems to be going into a couple of very specific, newer initiatives. Has anyone else observed this? It's making it hard to gauge team capacity and future work. Wondering if it's a strategic pivot or something else. Trying to stay grounded and focus on my work, but it's hard not to speculate when the landscape seems to be rearranging itself this much. Anyone else in a similar boat or have insights into what might be driving this?
