Sempra - Sudden lack of internal movement/promotions?

Has anyone else noticed that internal job postings at Sempra seem to be drying up or disappearing? Usually, there's a decent amount of movement within the company, people shifting teams or getting promoted. Lately, it feels like everything is on hold. I've been keeping an eye out for a role in another department that would be a good fit, but there's just nothing new popping up. Even the 'acting' roles that usually become permanent seem to be lingering. Just feels like the internal mobility pipeline has been shut off. Is anyone else seeing this? Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Trying not to jump to conclusions but it's hard not to when things suddenly change like this.
