Sempra - Unusual silence from leadership lately?

It's been unusually quiet from the top brass lately. Usually, we get some sort of town hall or at least an update about the company's direction, especially with the current economic climate. But it feels like crickets. The internal comms have been pretty standard, nothing alarming but also no reassurances. It makes you wonder what they're not telling us. Are they waiting for something to happen before they communicate? Or is this just their new style? The lack of transparency is making a lot of people nervous, and you can feel the anxiety building. Trying to gauge if this silence is intentional or just a communication slip-up.

I've noticed the quiet too. It's definitely a change from the usual cadence of updates. Given the market conditions, you'd expect more proactive communication about strategy and how Sempra is positioned. It's understandable that folks are speculating when there's a void. Hopefully, they have a clear plan and will share it soon to alleviate some of this uncertainty. More transparency would go a long way in building confidence.

Could it be that they're just letting the actions speak for themselves? Sometimes, less talk and more execution is a good thing. Maybe they're focused on getting things done behind the scenes rather than making grand pronouncements. I'm trying to remain optimistic that this silence isn't indicative of a problem, but rather a strategic approach. Time will tell if this quiet period yields positive results for the company.
