Interesting observation. I can't say I've noticed a significant slowdown in my area, but perhaps the nature of our projects differs. We're still pushing hard on a few key deadlines, and the 'all hands on deck' feeling is definitely present for those. However, I do agree that some of the initial urgency around certain new projects seems to have tempered a bit once they got underway. It could be a natural part of project lifecycles, or maybe a broader strategic adjustment Sempra is making.
That's a really insightful question. My experience has been a bit mixed. While certain teams are definitely still running at full tilt, I have noticed a trend towards more deliberate planning and execution, which can sometimes feel like a slowdown compared to the frantic pace of previous years. The meetings comment resonates; there seems to be more discussion and consensus-building happening, which is good for alignment but can take longer. It's definitely a different energy than a year ago.
