Anyone else feeling the pinch at SW?

Hey all, just checking in to see if anyone else at Sherwin-Williams is feeling a bit uneasy lately. I haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's definitely a weird vibe going around. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more, budgets are tighter than usual, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in hiring for some roles. Some teams are already stretched thin, and it feels like we're just waiting for something to happen. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a particularly stressed department. Anyone in other divisions noticing similar trends? Trying not to spiral here, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the tighter scrutiny on projects and budgets. The vibe is palpable, for sure. It's not just you. There's a definite sense of 'wait and see' in the air, with project approvals slowing down and hiring being put on hold. It's creating a lot of uncertainty and pressure on existing staff. Hoping for some clarity soon.
