Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Hey everyone, been with SW for a few years now and honestly, things feel a bit...tense? Performance reviews just wrapped up and some of the feedback felt unusually pointed, even for folks who have been solid performers. Not seeing any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a general undercurrent of unease. Talked to a few people in different departments, and they're getting similar vibes. Just wondering if this is widespread or if I'm just in a particularly 'interesting' division. Any similar experiences or insights into what might be going on behind the scenes?

Yeah, I've definitely felt that. Seems like the metrics are always shifting, and it's tough to keep up sometimes. The review process can be brutal when you feel like you're already giving it your all. Hoping things settle down soon.

Same here. It feels like there's a lot of focus on numbers, and it can be hard to connect with the people side of things. Lots of chatter about 'efficiency' and 'optimization' lately, which usually means more pressure on us. Curious to see what, if anything, comes of it.
