Anyone else feeling the uncertainty at Sherwin-Williams?

Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling a bit on edge at SW lately. Been hearing some whispers and seeing some reorganizations in different departments, but nothing concrete about layoffs. It's got me thinking, though. Market's a bit shaky, and I know a few other companies in the chemical space have done some cuts. Just trying to gauge the general sentiment. How are things looking in your area? Any signs of a slowdown or increased pressure? Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared. Anyone have any insights into how the company is performing overall from an internal perspective? Just looking for some honest takes from fellow employees.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. There's definitely a different vibe around here lately. More meetings, less clear direction on some projects, and a general sense of holding our breath. It's hard to ignore the chatter, especially when you see a few familiar faces suddenly gone or departments being shuffled. I've noticed a dip in new initiatives being approved, too, almost like everyone's just trying to maintain the status quo until things become clearer. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment to market conditions and not something more serious.
