Is anyone else feeling the pressure on project timelines at SW?

Just wanted to see if anyone else in development or production is feeling the crunch lately. Seems like every project deadline is getting squeezed, and the expectation is still to deliver at the same quality. I'm wondering if this is a response to slower sales or just new management directives. We're getting asked to do more with less, and the 'why' isn't always clear. It feels like there's an underlying anxiety about performance that's trickling down. Anyone else in a similar boat or have any insights into what might be driving this increased pressure? Trying to understand if this is a temporary thing or the new normal.

Absolutely. The pressure has been immense lately. It feels like the goalposts are constantly moving, and we're expected to hit them without any added resources. The lack of clear communication on *why* these changes are happening just adds to the frustration. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're constantly playing catch-up and the quality bar is expected to remain sky-high. Hoping for some breathing room soon.

I hear you. The timelines have definitely tightened up across the board. It's a challenging environment when you're asked to increase output without a corresponding increase in support or resources. The uncertainty about the driving forces behind this shift – whether it's sales-related or strategic – makes it even tougher to navigate. Trying to maintain high standards under these conditions is a constant balancing act.
