Performance Review Season and Company Outlook

Just wrapped up my performance review cycle at Sherwin-Williams. Honestly, it felt a bit more intense this year. Usually, it's a straightforward discussion, but this time there was a lot of emphasis on "future agility" and "optimizing resources." Didn't get specific numbers or anything, but the subtext felt pretty clear. Anyone else feel like the conversation around performance and company direction has shifted lately? Curious if this is just my division or a broader trend across SW. Trying to get a sense of the lay of the land before year-end.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a similar vibe in my department. The focus on efficiency and adaptability seems to be a recurring theme in internal communications. While it's good to strive for improvement, I'm also wondering what this means for day-to-day operations and potential team structures down the line. Hopefully, any changes will be communicated clearly and thoughtfully, rather than just being buzzwords. It’s good to know I’m not the only one picking up on this shift.
