SW Operations: Feeling the weight of supply chain and demand shifts?

Been working in operations at SW for a few years now, and while we haven't had any official layoff announcements, the day-to-day has definitely gotten more... intense. We're seeing inventory management getting trickier, with some raw material lead times still unpredictable, while simultaneously, demand forecasts seem to be fluctuating wildly. It's creating a lot of internal pressure to optimize, cut costs, and be more efficient. I'm wondering if this is leading to a freeze on hiring or even some quiet attrition in certain areas. It's not a full-blown crisis, but the constant focus on 'doing more with less' is definitely noticeable. Has anyone else in logistics, production, or supply chain roles felt this shift? Any strategies or observations on how SW is navigating these choppy waters? Trying to understand if this is a company-wide push or specific to certain operational hubs.
