Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at SPG is feeling the pressure lately. It feels like the goalposts keep moving on a lot of our key projects, and the timelines are getting tighter and tighter. My team's been pulled in a few different directions recently, and I'm worried about burnout if this continues. Are others experiencing this? Is it a company-wide thing, or am I just in a particularly demanding department? Trying to gauge if this is just my perception or a broader trend within the company. Any advice on how to manage expectations or workload would be appreciated.

Definitely feeling it. The pace has picked up significantly, and it seems like priorities are shifting more frequently than usual. It's tough to maintain momentum when the targets keep changing. I can relate. It feels like a constant scramble to meet evolving demands. While I understand the need for agility in our industry, the current intensity is definitely taking a toll. Communication about project scope changes could be clearer, and more realistic timelines would go a long way in managing expectations and preventing exhaustion. It's a shared challenge, I believe.
