Simon Property Group - How's hiring looking?

With all the chatter about the market slowing down, I'm curious about the hiring situation at SPG. Have departments been putting roles on hold? Are there fewer openings than usual, or are they still actively recruiting for key positions? I'm seeing some roles posted, but it's hard to tell if it's business as usual or if there's a more cautious approach being taken. Any recruiters or hiring managers out there willing to shed some light? Trying to get a sense of the hiring freeze or slowdown, if any, at Simon. Any insights would be appreciated.

Been keeping an eye on SPG's job postings myself. It definitely feels like there's a more measured approach compared to a year or two ago. While some essential roles seem to be moving forward, I've noticed a definite slowdown in new openings popping up across various departments. It's not a complete freeze from what I can tell, but they're likely prioritizing critical hires and being more selective. It's a good idea to keep checking, but manage expectations – it's probably not the hiring frenzy of previous years.

From what I've heard through my network, SPG seems to be navigating the current economic climate quite strategically. They're not shying away from bringing in talent for roles that directly impact their core business and growth initiatives. However, it does appear they're being more deliberate with their hiring processes, focusing on candidates who offer a strong, immediate value proposition. So, while you might not see the sheer volume of openings as before, there are certainly opportunities if you're a standout candidate in a needed area.
