SPG - Anyone else noticing increased workload/scope creep?

Hey everyone, been with SPG for a few years now and lately, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. My team's been swamped, and projects that used to have dedicated resources are now being spread thin. Anyone else in different departments seeing the same thing? It's not just my area; I've heard similar murmurs from folks in retail operations and even some corporate functions. Wondering if this is a sign of things to come or just a temporary crunch. Doesn't feel sustainable long-term, especially with the market being what it is. Curious to hear if others are feeling this pressure cooker environment and if there's any internal communication about how these increased demands are supposed to be met. Feels like we're expected to just 'figure it out' without any additional support or clear direction. Makes it tough to stay motivated when you're constantly feeling behind.
